For production runs in excess of 1000 units and with no limits on quantities beyond this, replication is the recommended route to take. This process requires the making of a tool, or glass master as it is known, from which all subsequent CD’s or DVD’s are pressed. Using this method the vast majority of CD’s and DVD’s produced are printed using the lithographic printing process. This provides an extremely high quality finish, whether it be solid colours or picture postcard quality.
